Asher, President and COO
Christy Asher has more
than 14 years experience in accounting and management services for the
operation of property management companies and a diversified real estate
portfolio, including residential and commercial properties, and

department salaries, office-related expenditures, and monthly review
of general operating and administrative expenses and accounts receivables.
Asher also prepared statistical analysis for utility usage, monthly
and annual cash flow, and accounts receivable as needed.
Other duties at CPM
consisted of managing and directing payroll preparation and quarterly
and annual tax filings for the company, as well as implementing and
maintaining a comprehensive benefits package that consisted of an HMOP/PPO
health plan, 401k and a cafeteria plan.
Prior to joining CPM,
Asher was with Pacific Earth Resources where she was responsible for
staffing, training and field evaluation of on-site and corporate
personnel. Asher was also
charged with providing full function accounting through financial
statements for individual, trusts, estates, foundations, partnerships

as treasurer for the Greater Los Angeles Green Industry Council, and has
been involved with the Channel Islands chapter of the Community Association
Institute. She holds a B.S.
degree in Business Administration and Finance from Cal State Northridge.
Conti, Senior Association Manager
With more than 10 years
experience in association property management and in excess of 15 years
in the building construction industry, Cheri Conti is a well-rounded
professional with a proven track record and a wealth of contacts.
Her most recent
accomplishment was as an Association Manager at Community Property
Management, where she personally oversaw a portfolio of 10 homeowner
association clients representing 1,135 units, generating a combined
monthly contract revenue of $11,895.25 per month.
